We're here to complete the puzzle for you, you'll discover a new age perspective on the "what" and "why" these issues persist and how simple it can be to resolve them.

In this 3 hour workshop, you’ll be taken through the integrative approach Jason & Matt use to remove pain, optimise movement, strength and performance. All of the tools, techniques – and most importantly – the framework for understanding the human body, movement and long term spine health.
Why stretching doesn't work and could actually be making you worse.
Simple movement strategies to immediately change your mobility, flexibility and overall experience with your issues.
