"​I get it, because I've been there. I used to go from physio to massage therapist to chiro to doctor to specialist, doing all the suggested rehab in between, but ultimately left me with more questions than answers & solutions... it wasn't until aftre 10 years of pain, I hit rock bottom by dislocating my shoulder and being told I would never be able to do a pull up or handstand ever again & surgery is probably a good option. 


I wasn't willing to accept that and I guess because you're reading this, you're not either.


I created this workshop so I can pass on what I've discovered by working on myself first and then with thousands of others to fix their shoulder issues. I've spent the last 10 years learning from the best rehab & strength coaches, experts & practitioners in the world, redefining the old school methodologies and also bringing the latest revolutionary techniques to you.

What you will learn:

In this workshop you’ll be taken through the 3 step process Jason uses to restore function and  movement, remove pain and optimize strength.


All of the tools, techniques – and most importantly – the framework for understanding the human body, movement and long term shoulder health.

In 4 hours you'll be introduced to the following concepts:

  • How breathing mechanics can make or break your shoulders.

  • Simple and in depth Trigger Point & Mobilisations strategies for every muscle of the shoulder. 

  • Learning a different movement strategy by re-training the individual muscles in isolation and integrating them back into the bigger compound movements like Push Ups, Pull Ups, Handstands, Overhead Pressing, Bench Press.

  • The mechanisms of pain to help you understand what it means and why you have it.

  • The role of Fascia and the Nervous System in movement and how to effectively train these key systems to improve range of motion and motor control through movement.

Will there be a recording sent out after the event?

Yes there will be a recording of the event sent to all live and online attendees that you will have access to forever. 

If I am currently injured can I attend?

It is not recommended to attend if you have acquired a recent injury and still have swelling and/or pain.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

No Minimum or maximum age restrictions. 

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Plenty of free all day street parking.

What can I bring into the event?

Bring water, a pan & notepad. A smile & a well rested mind.

Will we be doing a shoulder workout?

No, this is a learning and application workshop.

You will be doing exercises to discover new abilities, not to make you worse.
