Private coaching

How Private Coaching is different

to Personal Training

Doing the same old boring routine over and over, not knowing if what you're doing is making you better or worse, feeling lost and lacking the confidence to know what to do, wasting your valuable time doing monotonous exercises and turning exercise into a chore instead of enjoyment are common things that have probably crossed your mind at some point in time if you've ever gone to or thought about going to the gym or getting help.

The intention of having a Coach is to build you up so you progressively get better/stronger, this differs from the intention of a Personal Trainer being to break you down, potentially causing more harm than good.

Having a strong foundation sets you up for everything that comes next, whether your goal is to climb a mountain or compete at the highest level in a sport, you have to have strength before all else. Without strength, you're at the mercy of your environment.

Movement and strength are essential skills that require constant attention and practice. The learning process for movement and strength is highly intrinsic (knowing where you are and how you're moving through space) this is where a Coach guides you every step of the way to achieve optimal results in the most efficient way. Without good movement, you cannot demonstrate your strength to it's fullest capacity and training can, therefore, become destructive to your goals.

At Earn The Right in we work with you individually to identify any potential weaknesses that may put you at risk of future injury, then show you how to build strength in those areas. Once you have the strength, you have the freedom to explore your potential, whether it's in the gym becoming fitter, stronger and faster, in sport playing at a higher level or in life having the confidence to know your body is strong and resilient.

Starting from $80/session our Private Coaching or more traditionally known as Personal Training helps you get from A (where you are now) to B (where you want to be) as efficiently as possible. Working with our certified, educated, supportive, motivated and passionate Coaches every step of the way to guide you through every aspect of movement and strength training.

Our members are remarkably diverse; from the mother of three to the active businessman, national and Olympic athletes to the individual trying to improve their long term health.

Earn the Right has helped transform not only my physical ability but mental ability to push myself further and continue my overall journey towards a more healthier lifestyle. All the coaches tailor the activities to your level while maintaining progression to advance you to the next level.

I began training at Earn the Right to address a number of issues I had been having with shoulder pain and reduction of hip mobility.

Right from day one I was introduced to a smarter way to train to see my overall strength levels improve greatly.

I grew stronger and more confident of my body’s ability. I could move easier, without pain or restrictions and was given valuable coaching cues to allow me to continue to work on my weaknesses during my own training.

Jason’s knowledge, understanding and empathy are just some of his greatest strengths as a coach and I would have no hesitation in recommending Earn the Right to anybody wanting to fix pain and get stronger within their own body.

Thank you to Jason and the team for all your guidance and support.

I’ve been training with Jason for the past 6 months, and have found him to be very knowledgeable and professional in the way he conducts his sessions and would rate him as one of the most experienced and committed coaches around.

I’ve really enjoyed the variety and challenge he puts into the sessions. The past 6 months have been a real eye opener for me, and has helped me to realise my potential is much more than I thought.

My strength and fitness have increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to engage my core more,  more able to execute my lifts properly and in turn being able to progressively lift heavier weights and push myself harder throughout each session.

Importantly:

– He ensures that your technique is always correct to avoid any injuries.

– He is extremely reliable and punctual.

– always set up and ready to start training ahead of time.

I thoroughly enjoy working out with Earn the right, and would recommend Jason and his team at ETR to anyone looking to improve their fitness, rehabilitation or strength needs.
