Who is the Strength Project For?

Men who have high expectations for the quality of service & coaching they receive.

Men who want trusted coaches looking out for them. Our coaches are professionals and understand how valuable it is to you to be pain/injury free & still progressing towards your goals.

Men who are sick of sitting on a machine or doing the same old boring PT routine every time they go to the gym.

Men who are looking to "get back into it" who don't want to settle for just any old gym.

Men whose previous injuries have prevented them from feeling strong and confident.

Men who don't want to be "just another member". Our community is small but strong. We respect & encourage each other.

Who it's NOT for:

Guys looking for a quick fix solution.

Guys who are not willing to be coached or ready to learn new concepts.

Guys who don't respect or value teamwork.

Pawel N.

I originally did the Strength Project 2 years ago with spine, hip and shoulder injuries which stopped me from doing a lot in the gym out of fear of injuring myself more and causing more pain. When joining the Strength Project it was quite amazing, my first deadlift was 85kg which was a big thing for me. I realised my body wasn't as broken as I thought it was.

After 13 months travelling, I came back again to join the Strength Project again. My biggest lessons this time around is it's ok to take 1 step back so you can take 2 steps forward. This time around I squatted 70kg, a PB for me, which I'm pretty happy with because I have a hip labrum tear and thought I'd never be able to squat again.

With injuries, it's hard when you're so invested in looking after yourself and there's something you can't do all of a sudden, you feel frustrated, helpless and you feel like it's the end. So I'm thankful I've found the Strenght Project and ETR.

It had been a long time since I’d been to a gym before I started at ETR. The style of training and the great

coaching has made it very easy to get engaged. I’m loving the training and enjoying the results of feeling stronger. A Personal Best Deadlift of 150kg certainly surprised me. I’m looking forward to what lies ahead. Thanks to Jason and the ETR crew.
