In this workshop you’ll be shown a simple 3 step process to restore movement, function and how to optimize strength.
In 3 hours you'll be introduced to the following concepts:
- Breath & Diaphragm impact on shoulder mechanics.
- Deconstructing the body – joint by joint, muscle by muscle to gain a complete understanding of how the individual regions work in isolation, and how to effectively integrate them together.
- Muscle Re-programming – Reset & activation sequences for every major muscle in the shoulder – how to restore function and movement.
- Joint Prep – How to go beyond basic mobility/warm up routines and integrate specific joint prep into your training programs.
