My purpose for starting the Strength Project was to be pain-free and feel strong again. At the start, I had painful knees which bothered me while I slept, getting out of bed, sitting down and standing up, everything was painful. Now it's 150% improvement. Wanted to feel stronger. I would always start things and never follow through.
