"​I get it, because I've been there. I used to go from physio to massage therapist to chiro to doctor to specialist, doing all the suggested rehab in between, but ultimately left me with more questions than answers & solutions... it wasn't until I hit rock bottom after dislocating my shoulder and being told I would never be able to do a pull up or handstand ever again & surgery is probably a good option. 

 

I wasn't willing to accept that and I guess because you're reading this, you're not either.

 

I created this workshop so I can pass on what I've discovered by working on myself first and then with hundreds of others to fix their shoulder issues. I've spent the last 10 years learning from the best rehab & strength coaches, experts & practitioners in the world, refining the old school methodologies but also bringing the latest revolutionary techniques to what I do for people.

  • The role of Fascia and the Nervous System in movement and how to effectively train these key systems.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

No Minimum or maximum age restrictions. 

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Plenty of free all day street parking.

What can I bring into the event?

Bring water, a pan & notepad. A smile & a well rested mind.

Will we be doing a shoulder workout?

No, this is a learning and application workshop.

You will be doing exercises to explore your abilities but not to cause fatigue.
