In 4 hours you'll be introduced to the following concepts:

  • Unlocking the Roots of Dysfunction – Breath & Diaphragm, Scapula & Thoracic

  • Deconstructing the body – joint by joint, muscle by muscle to gain a complete understanding of how the individual regions work in isolation, and how to effectively integrate them together – as no one system works in isolation.

  • Muscle Re-programming – Reset & activation sequences for every major muscle in the shoulder – how to activate the region, then how to integrate into effective movement to regain coordination & strength to improve performance and movement.

  • The role of Fascia and the Nervous System in movement and how to effectively train these key systems.

  • Joint Prep – How to go beyond basic mobility/warm up routines and integrate specific joint prep into your training programs.

Jason has 10 years’ experience learning from the best rehab & strength experts in the world. He refines the old school methodologies and brings the latest revolutionary techniques to his clients.

Jason’s journey started with losing the use of his hand due to workout-related neural impingement and most recently experienced dislocating his shoulder. Using this as a wake up call he started to think about strength and wellness differently. He’s here to share the what he’s learned and help you perform at your best.

Plenty of free all day street parking.

Bring water, a pan & notepad. A smile & a well rested mind.

Will we be doing a shoulder workout?

No, this is a learning and application workshop.

You will be doing exercises to explore your abilities but not to cause fatigue.
